If you’re unhappy with your print e.g. It’s been damaged in the post please contact me with a photograph of the print. I will reimburse the shipping costs for you to return the print to me and then I will reprint or refund your order as soon as I receive the print, whichever you prefer.

Cancelling an order


If you have ordered a print and would like to cancel it, please contact me as soon as possible.

If you contact me before the image is printed and shipped I will refund your money as soon as possible.

As all prints are made to order, please ensure sure you order the correct image, size and paper as refunds are not available unless for reasons stated below.


Greeting Cards

If you have ordered a Greeting Card and would like to cancel the order, please contact me as soon as possible.

If you cancel your order before the item has been shipped your money will be refunded.

If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, you must return the product in its original condition. If the product is in its original condition once returned you will receive a full refund minus the shipping costs. 



Prints and Greeting Cards

If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to Please include in the body of the email: your order number and a short description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery.
