I’d just finished a job in barrow and there was still some light left so I headed over onto Walney to get some photos on the beach. I hadn’t been to this part before, I’m not even sure what it’s called but there were a lot of posts sticking out of the ground. I assume they’re something to do with boats as that’s what the area is known for but I couldn’t give any details on them

Light trails on coniston water

The forecast was looking promising for a sky full of stars plus there were no clouds in the sky during the day so I packed the bag ready for if everything lined up. Coniston is my usual place to go as there’s not too much light and the views are great.

This was another trip out to experiment with the Lee little stopper. The weather wasn’t great, grey sky looking like it’s about to rain so I headed to a quarry which has a little water fall at the end, I was hoping that because I was at the top of the quarry looking down, the sky wouldn’t matter. My ankle is still playing up so there still wasn’t to much exploring in this video, hopefully it will be back to normal for when the decent weather returns.
