Running Track On Dow Crag

“It’s a bit wild isn’t it” he said as he ran down past me whilst descending Dow Crag. He was right, it was the kind of wind that instantly gives you a headache but for some reason, your legs keep walking. After a few minutes, I looked back to see where he’d got to. He was heading down to the crossroads clearly marked out between the snow towards the Walna Scar road.
Down to the right, you could see into the Duddon valley where the fields were green whilst the tops were covered in snow
