Looking Down Easy Gulley From Dow Crag
Lake District Print
Exploring easy gulley on the side of Dow crag I found these rocks shaped in a finger and thumb formation creating a window with a view over towards Coniston water. The sun was in front of me which meant the rocks were turned into a silhouette in the photograph. The sun was lighting up part of Coniston Old Man lighting up half of the scenes which helped to add a little bit of contrast. If you look closely, you’ll see a couple of people down on the track.
