Reflections on Haweswater. The Lake District
We were making our way down the side of Hawewater before starting a walk up to High Street. It was a calm morning, with a little bit of wind in the air.
The wind caused ripples on the surface of the water, disrupting the reflections and adding a shimmer to the foreground.
I liked the unpredictable patterns the wind made. It made the image more interesting than a perfectly still reflection.
