Easedale Tarn

Easedale Tarn. The Lake District

Walk up from Grasmere village following the water. Sourmilk Gill comes down from Easedale tarn and has some impressive waterfalls which you will walk past on your way up to the tarn.

The tarn is surrounded by Tarn Crag and Blea Rigg which frame the tarn nicely, plus if you walk to the other end of the water you get views back to Helm Crag and the Fairfield horseshoe
