What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

By default, the EWWW Image Optimizer does not store any personal data nor share it with anyone.
If you accept user-submitted images and use the API or ExactDN, those images may be transmitted to third-party servers in foreign countries. If Backup Originals is enabled, images are stored for 30 days. Otherwise, no images are stored on the API for longer than 30 minutes.
Suggested API Text: User-submitted images may be transmitted to image compression servers in the United States and stored there for up to 30 days.
Suggested ExactDN Text: User-submitted images that are displayed on this site will be transmitted and stored on a global network of third-party servers (a CDN).
MailPoet newsletter & emails
If you have subscribed to our newsletter or if you are a member of our website (you can log in) or if you have purchased on our website, there is a good chance you will receive emails from us.
We will only send you emails which you have signed up to receive, or which pertain to the services we provided to you.
To send you emails, we use the name and email address you provide us. Our site also logs the IP address you used when you signed up for the service to prevent abuse of the system.
This website can send emails through the MailPoet sending service. This service allows us to track opens and clicks on our emails. We use this information to improve the content of our newsletters.
No identifiable information is otherwise tracked outside this website except for the email address.

What the Plugin Does
– When a user adds a product to cart and doesn’t complete their purchase within a specified time, their cart will be considered as abandoned
– An email will be sent to the user who has abandoned the cart. The user can complete the purchase by clicking the purchase link provided in the email
– The user can unsubscribe from the abandoned cart emails using the unsubscribe link provided in the emails.
What we collect and store
– Email ID
For logged in users, their registered email id will be recorded. For guests, email id will be recorded from the email id field on the checkout page. The email id obtained will be used for sending abandoned cart emails.
– User First Name and Last Name
For logged in users, their first name and last name will be obtained from their profile. For guests, their first name and last name will be obtained from the first name and last name fields on the checkout page. The name obtained will be used in the abandoned cart emails.
– Phone Number
For guests, their phone number will be recorded from the phone number field on the checkout page.
– Track the orders which were recovered using the purchase link provided in the abandoned cart emails.

What data Mailster collects from your subscribers
If you have signed up for our newsletter you may receive emails from us. This includes but not limited to transactional emails and marketing emails.
We’ll only send emails which you have explicitly or implicitly (registration, product purchase etc.) signed up to.
On signup, we collect your email address, your name, your current IP address and timestamp of signup, your IP address and timestamp when you have confirmed your subscription and the current web address where you sign up.
We send our emails via SMTP host secure249.inmotionhosting.com
Once you get an email from us we track if you open the email in your email client, if you click a link in the email, your current IP address.
We respect your browsers “Do Not Track” feature which means we do not track your interaction with our emails.
