All Photographs appearing in this site are the exclusive property of Adam Kappa Photography and are protected under international copyright laws.

Photographs are not to be downloaded, reproduced, copied, stored, manipulated, projected, used or altered in any way, alone or with any other material, or by use of a computer or other electronic means without the express written permission of Adam Kappa Photography.
By entering this site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Entrance to this site is expressly on these conditions which embodies all of the understandings and obligations between the parties.
No images are within the public domain.
If you’re unhappy with your print e.g. It’s been damaged in the post please contact me with a photograph of the print. I will reimburse the shipping costs for you to return the print to me and then I will reprint or refund your order as soon as I receive the print, whichever you prefer.
Cancelling an order
If you have ordered a print and would like to cancel it, please contact me as soon as possible. If you contact me before the image is printed I will refund your money. I can’t cancel the order after that so please make sure you order the correct image, size and paper as all prints are made to order.
If you have ordered a card and would like to cancel the order, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you contact me before the card is posted I will refund your money.
Prints and Greeting Cards
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to [email protected]. Please include in the body of the email: your order number and a short description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery.
