Satisfaction Guarantee

All items that arrive damaged can be returned for a 100% refund. Please contact me immediately with the condition of the goods. I will need to see photographs of both the packaging and the products.
Your refund will be processed once the products have been returned. Please refuse delivery if the items appear damaged on arrival.



Loose Prints are Greeting Cards are inspected before being packaging for any defects during the printing process.

Please take care when unwrapping and handling the prints as oils from your fingers/tears can damage the photographs. Scratches and defects from handling are not covered under the guarantee.



Prints and Greeting Cards

If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to [email protected].

Please include in the body of the email: your order number and a short description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery.
