True Mountain - World class performance, UK made.
I recently got an invitation to become an ambassador for UK based clothing company True Mountain. Landscape photography is what initially got me interested in photography and I still escape out into the Lake District at every opportunity possible, so having the opportunity and the right clothing to make the adventures a lot more enjoyable.
About True Mountain:
"True Mountain is a brand that produces performance outdoor apparel in the UK (Preston, Lancashire if you want to be exact). We only use materials and components sourced in the EU, and as much as possible comes from the UK.
We produce our products in smaller quantities than many of our bigger competitors. We don't think that bigger is always better. In our factory we can monitor quality and evolve product design in real time. At the same time we can develop skills in our production team that are in danger of being lost from the UK. Given that Britain pioneered the outdoor industry, we think we have an important role to play beyond just making great products.
True Mountain is owned and operated by Tim Butcher, Jojo Burns and UK Manufacturing Accelerator. Tim and Jojo are both outdoor industry veterans with many years experience of working with market leading outdoor brands. UK Manufacturing Accelerator are investors and advisers who place particular emphasis on supporting british manufacturing businesses."
The postman brought all of these yesterday, I've had chance to test out the water bottle so far (top image) whilst Kayaking on Coniston. I'm pretty sure our summer will go again soon and I'll get a chance to test out the cold weather gear. If there's anywhere you'd like me to photography please feel free to contact me with suggestions.

10 tips to improve your landscape photography by Lake District landscape photographer Adam Kappa Photography
Here are some of my favourite places to walk in the English Lake District for Landscape Photography and for fun (mainly for fun)
I wasn't out looking for Owls this night, I was actually looking for deer but when I saw the flash of white moving in front of the trees that plan went out of the window.
I remembered about some woods that I went to about 6-7 months ago with some trees that looked a bit like a spiders web. Small branches crossing over each other in a pine forrest so the plan was to try and get some patterns from the light and shadows to create something a bit moody.
